Since 2006, MGM Casting has taken the lead not only in production but also in design and regulatory approval processes. In the 'tractor renewal' program we conducted with the Türk Traktör factory, we took our partnership to the next level by actively participating in the design and engineering phases.
Our swivel hook tow hook system, launched under our own brand, is the prime example of our engineering success, with all processes completed in-house, from design to homologation. Thanks to this 'tailor-made' approach, we offer our customers not just parts, but final products that are legally and technically flawless, with Type Approval and Homologation processes completed.
Laboratory and Testing Capabilities: Quality Verified by Science
Every stage, from casting to the final product, is controlled by our advanced laboratory equipment.
Spectral Analysis
We instantly check the chemical composition of the material while it's still molten in induction cooktops, even before it's poured.
Hardness Measurement
After heat treatment and metal annealing processes, we test the strength of the parts and their compliance with the technical specifications.
Microscopic Examination
Especially in ductile iron parts, we analyze the nodular structure and internal texture of the metal using high-precision microscopes.
Dimensional Verification
